  I have been insured with State Farm for about 4 years and have never had a problem. Michelle has always been very efficient and helpful with any questions I ever had. I got a speeding ticket in madison two years ago and just recently backed into a parked vehicle and had to put in a claim that cost state farm 1100 dollars. I then find out that my policy will not be renewed because of the combination of the ticket and accident.(dumb reason but they cant fight s.f.) I then am told that my policy will expire in 2014 one time I call then I call back 2 weeks later and now my policy is cancelling may of this year?? I understand there is nothing that a agency can do but when Im told one thing then another the next it is very aggrivating. I blame this mistake on State Farm for not giving there agents correct information! I now must look for a new insurance company but I was told I can gladly come back to the company when my ticket falls off of the record...id rather not. Sad to think you pay to be covered by insurance but god forbid if you use it. I wouldnt recommend this agency for the fact that it is a one woman show there. Michelle is the only one there who can actually help you Dale has never once been able to answer a question I had about auto insurance enless you consider "I have no idea what to tell you" as a good answer.
